This interactive workshop will delve into the issues currently facing editorial office professionals who are trying to maximize efficiencies in their editorial workflows whilst being bombarded with increasing complexities! With a wealth of new tools and technologies available, and an increasingly challenging environment of submissions checks and reviewer fatigue, we’ll look at what adds value, what drains resource time, and how we can effectively deploy workflow changes, technology tools, and secure stakeholder engagement to drive an efficient editorial office. Featuring guest speakers, case study content, and attendee participation, our aim is to learn from one another in achieving editorial office best practices in the age of misinformation.
