Finding new peer reviewers can be difficult. Early career researchers are a good option but require more initial support than experienced academics and need guidance in the essentials of peer review. There is a growing number of useful online reviewer training resources designed to assist new reviewers. In this Office Hours session, ISMTE members in the Asia-Pacific region present their experience with some of these online programs, followed by an informal discussion. This session has been organized by the ISMTE Asia-Pacific Advisory Council, however members from all regions are invited to attend.

ISMTE Office Hours are virtual, one-hour informal events where a single topic is discussed by the attendees.
