company in many different ways!
I am the chief editor of a peer-reviewed journal and I am employed by a large research and environmental management institute in Norway. It's an excellent working environment, but there are
no other journal editors in the organization, so in that sense I am isolated. Being a member of ISMTE makes me feel part of a large network of editors, which is reassuring.
Attending ISMTE webinars and events and reading EON allows me to keep up to date and stay in touch with what's happening in editorial offices around the world. So many members sharing so much
valuable information!
