Lunch Session: Startups in Scholarly Publishing: Rubriq (independent peer review & journal matching)
Keith Collier, Co-Founder & Laura Stemmle, PhD. Dir. of Operations
ISMTE is focused on staying ahead of trends and new companies in our industry. We’ve asked Keith Collier, co-Founder of Rubriq to provide a sneak preview of the service set to launch later this year. Rubriq is focused on helping researchers find the “highest impact-fit” journal as quickly as possible in order to speed their time to publish. A key component of Rubriq will be the creation of an independent, standardized approach to reviewing and evaluating research articles. The system contains benefits for researchers, managing editors, and both traditional and OA journal publishers.
